The Youth and After School Programme Office is focused on supporting a coordinated After School Sector which is focused on delivering quality programming to learners in under-resourced school environments.
What we do
Capacity Building
We are committed to building an ecosystem of capacity building support to ensure that leaders and practitioners are supported to provide quality ASPs.
Knowledge Hub
We continue to build a South African evidence base that advocates for the educational and whole child impact of ASPs.
Projects
We are passionate about collaboration and celebration and work on special projects to build the After School Sector.
YearBeyond
Our Youth Service initiative provides young people with meaningful work experience, professional development and connections to the economy.
Every learner, in every school, in every community should have access to quality After School Programmes across the Western Cape.
